The 9/24/10 post originally read: "Your family loves you SO MUCH!"- on the last line. Please add this post to clarify. Not sure if it was deleted by someone?

Anyhow- we do love you and appreciate the rest of the firefighters and volunteers who do work to make this a better, safer place. =)

Ira, you have our apologies regarding the haunted house incident!! LOL- Guess you did a good job scaring her! Now we know she will defend herself! Hahahaaa- guess you scared her good!

Thank you for your quick response to my concern about the fire hydrant at the corner of Maple and Belaire. I knew the next morning that you had taken care of what might have been a problem because the dirt around it had been dug up, the chains were free, and a big hose can now easily be attached. . I'm a real nervous wreck when it comes to fire and I remember when there was no fire hydrant nearby when there was a big fire several doors from me. Thanks many times over for what you do. I truly appreciate all of you.
