Smoke Detector Giveaway

Ganite Shoals Fire Department's Free Smoke Detector Drive

The Granite Shoals Fire Department has been given a supply of Smoke detectors to establish a "Smoke Detector and Installation" Program. If you are in need of a smoke detector, please contact the Granite Shoals Fire Department and set up an appointment for installation or drop by the fire station and pick one up for your house.

Smoke Detectors were donated by the Law firm of Wayne Wright and Associates.

Thank you for your quick response to my concern about the fire hydrant at the corner of Maple and Belaire. I knew the next morning that you had taken care of what might have been a problem because the dirt around it had been dug up, the chains were free, and a big hose can now easily be attached. . I'm a real nervous wreck when it comes to fire and I remember when there was no fire hydrant nearby when there was a big fire several doors from me. Thanks many times over for what you do. I truly appreciate all of you.
