The fire near Spicewood and along the Pedernales River in West Travis County is still burning. Officials say the fire is 80% contained.
In total, 6400 acres of land have burned and 67 structures have either been damaged or destroyed.
Highway 71 has once again reopened. However, Paleface Ranch Road, River Cliff and Fall Creek Estates are still closed.
The Granite Shoals Fire Department, Spicewood Volunteer Fire Department, Westlake Fire Department, Oak Hill Fire Department, Lake Travis Fire Department, Buda Fire Department, and Austin Fire Department have all helped to battle the blaze.
On Monday an evacuation shelter is available at Dripping Springs Middle School on Tiger Lane in Dripping Springs and also at Spicewood Community Center at 1707 CR 404.
